Jan earned his Masters of Divinity from San Francisco Theological Seminary in 1975 and his Doctorate at SFTS in 1994. In the Santa Barbara Presbytery, he has served as New Church Development Pastor for 19 years at Grover Beach, was Commissioner to the PC(USA) General Assembly and served as Moderator of the Presbytery from July 2007 to June 2008. On July 1, 2008, he was elected Executive Presbyter of the Presbytery of Santa Barbara.

A lifelong Presbyterian, Michelle Holmes grew up in Newport Beach and has been living in Santa Barbara since 1970. She started work at the presbytery in 1989 and has served as Stated Clerk since January 1995. She's a member of Goleta Presbyterian Church.

Breanne Minefee is the director of IMPACT. Bree has a graduate degree in Christian Leadership from Fuller Seminary. She has worked as Young Life Area Director in Orange County, California, and has also served as the Marketing and Ministry Director for Operation H.O.P.E. She has traveled on short term missions to Mexico and Africa.

Bonnie Boe is the Dean and a graduate of the Lay Leader Institute's Commissioned Lay Pastor Program. She is married and lives with her husband and children in Moorpark, where she serves in MOPS, Children's and Continuing Education Ministries at Moorpark Presbyterian Church.
